Will washing damage my wood deck?

Not with our approach. We use low pressure and wood-safe cleaners to avoid splintering or furring the boards.

Can you clean vinyl fences?

Yes. Vinyl fences are one of the most common jobs we do. Green algae and mildew wash off safely.

How often should a deck be cleaned?

Once a year keeps algae and mildew from building up, especially on shaded decks near Lake Erie.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. You do not need to be home as long as your outdoor water spigots are accessible, windows are shut, and pets are kept indoors.

What happens if it rains on the day of my service?

Light rain does not affect exterior cleaning since we are already using water. For heavy downpours, storms or lightning we reschedule you to the next clear day at no extra cost.
