How much does concrete cleaning cost?
Concrete cleaning starts at $0.23 per sq. ft., plus a 5% transaction fee. Sealing is quoted separately after we see the surface.
Can you remove oil stains completely?
Most oil and rust stains lighten dramatically. Very old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete can fade rather than disappear, and we will tell you upfront what to expect.
Why should I seal my driveway?
Sealing helps protect concrete from road salt, water absorption and freeze-thaw cracking during Ohio winters, and it makes future cleaning easier.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. You do not need to be home as long as your outdoor water spigots are accessible, windows are shut, and pets are kept indoors.
What happens if it rains on the day of my service?
Light rain does not affect exterior cleaning since we are already using water. For heavy downpours, storms or lightning we reschedule you to the next clear day at no extra cost.
