What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and specialized detergents to safely clean delicate surfaces like roof shingles and house siding without causing damage.
How do you calculate the pricing for your services?
Our pricing is transparent. House washing is $0.21 per sq. ft. and concrete cleaning starts at $0.23 per sq. ft. Gutter cleaning starts at $225 for a 1-story home (+30% for 2 stories, +60% for 3 stories), and window cleaning is $10 per window outside plus $10 per window inside. A 5% transaction fee applies, with no hidden taxes. Larger or commercial projects get a custom flat-rate estimate.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. You do not need to be home as long as your outdoor water spigots are accessible, windows are shut, and pets are kept indoors.
Are the cleaning detergents safe for plants and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable solutions and thoroughly rinse all landscaping and plants before, during and after the process.
What happens if it rains on the day of my service?
Light rain does not affect exterior cleaning since we are already using water. For heavy downpours, storms or lightning we reschedule you to the next clear day at no extra cost.
How often should I clean my house exterior?
We recommend professional exterior cleaning at least once a year to prevent mold, mildew and algae buildup.
