1099 Field Service Contractor

Qualified independent contractors take on individual exterior service assignments on a project-by-project basis. Work is offered assignment-by-assignment under a written agreement.

What the role covers

  • House washing and soft washing
  • Concrete and surface pressure washing
  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning and guard installation
  • Commercial exterior cleaning and property cleanup
  • Seasonal snow removal

Project-based, not guaranteed full-time employment

Contract position

Personal Assistant

Support the owner with scheduling, customer communication, and the day-to-day administrative coordination that keeps field assignments moving.

What the role covers

  • Scheduling and dispatch coordination for field assignments
  • Customer communication and timely follow-up
  • Estimate and proposal preparation support
  • Business profile and document management
  • Local marketing and lead generation support
  • Records upkeep and basic bookkeeping

How assignments work and compensation

Always B.I.G. Power Washing Pros engages independent contractors for specific, clearly defined assignments under written agreements. Compensation is set per assignment in one of the following ways.

Commission or performance incentives

Role-based incentives tied to completed assignments and delivered results.

Per-deliverable or milestone payment

Payment released as defined deliverables and milestones are completed.

Fixed project fee

A set fee agreed in writing for a clearly scoped project.
